Con men find their victims like undergraduate student, housewife, homeless ETC. Someone doesn't know well about current affair.
Con men are brain washing their victims called education. They are laying their victims in their hideout and doing education. It's almost kidnap. Victims can't go anywhere freely, watchers are watching them. Then finished their education and victims are believe it they are sold con men's goods(Bad quality stuff). IT CAN'T REFUND. Con men are remove the cover after victims are buy it. If victims are less money, they introduce private loan at high interest. Sob! Victims believe 'La vie en rose' and find another victims.
Be careful! Some of My university senior in that fraud I was told. I ever never be tricked.
